Orders placed before 2:30pm will be dispatched the same day, later orders will be dispatched the following day. Please however allow up to 10 working days. Postage times can vary depending on where in the world you are.
In the UK we use Royal Mail's 48 hour service. Deliveries to the EU, including Ireland is 28 days. If you are based in USA or Canada and would rather place your order in US$ then please head to www.bibado.co - our online store for North America.
Delivery to other International countries can take longer, with Australia and New Zealand sometimes taking up to 4 weeks.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to most countries. The only countries we don't currently deliver to include: China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and South Africa. For more information, please contact: enquiries@bibado.co.uk
Do I need to pay for any International Customs charges?
As of 1st July 2021, VAT will be payable by the customer to Customs for customers based in the EU. We are in the process of getting this automated, and will advise customers when this will be chargeable at the checkout.
Can I track my order?
We do not offer standard tracking on any orders placed on our website. Please contact enquiries@bibado.co.uk who can check and advise if you are waiting for your order.
My order is late, what can I do?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive if you are based in the UK, USA or Canada. Please allow up to 28 days for rest of world. Thank you for your patience in delivery at peak times, including our sale periods.
Do you offer express delivery?
We do not currently offer express delivery.
Are you able to deliver to PO Boxes and Armed Forces addresses?
Yes, we do deliver to PO Boxes. Please contact enquiries@bibado.co.uk, and our team will happily help you with this.
Can I return my purchase if I’m not happy?
Absolutely! We’re sorry you’re not happy with your purchase, and would be keen to understand more. Simply contact our team at enquiries@bibado.co.uk
Do I pay postage on my Returns?
Yes, all returns postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we’ve asked you to send it back so that we can look into this, (e.g. if a fault was identified). We suggest you also get proof of postage for your return.
If I return one item from a bundle purchased, what refund will I receive?
If you return an item as part of a Bundle purchased, you will be reimbursed the discounted amount paid as part of the bundle.
