1 tbsp Greek style yogurt.
1 flavoured fruit pouch or mashed fruit such as 1 banana
1) Divide the greek yoghurt between 2 bowls
2) Add a small amount of your desired pouch flavour or mashed fruit into the yoghurt.
3) Give it a good mix.
4) Spoon the yoghurt mix onto a lined baking tray, you can make the drops as big or small as you like.
5) Place the yoghurt drops into the freezer for one hour.
