Tasty Tacos – Bibado


For the Slow Cooker Bolognese:

1kg lamb or beef mince

2 diced onions

3 tbls minced garlic

1 tbls dried basil

1 tbls mixes herbs

1 tbls smoked paprika

1 jar passata sauce

For the remaining filling: Makes 6 pockets

2 cups of sauce

3 cups of cooked macaroni

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup parmesan


For the Slow Cooker Bolognese:

1) Add all ingredients together, and cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours, stirring every so often.

For the Filling

1) Combine & fill cups

2) Bake in airfryer (180) for 5 minutes or oven (200c) for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

Tip: rub the inside of the pockets with garlic butter before filling.

Pop your onion in the freezer for 30mins before chopping and say bye-bye to onion tears
