Super Scrummy Scary Smoothie – Bibado


2 Avocados

2 bananas 

6 tablespoons of full fat natural yogurt 

A sprinkle of chia seeds

Icing eyes


1) Slice the avocados

2) Chop up the banana and put 2 slices to one side

3) Add to a blender along with the yoghurt

4) Whizz it all together until it is a smooth creamy consistency

5) Pour into 2 glasses/tumblers

6) Add 2 icing eyes, a banana mouth and a sprinkle of chia seeds

7) Enjoy!


Try adding blueberries for a smoothie packed with antioxidants!
