Spaghetti Bolognese – Bibado


1 x 500g pack of beef mince

2 x 400g tins of chopped tomatoes

1 onion, diced.

2 teaspoons of garlic purée

2 teaspoons of oregano

2 teaspoons of basil

1 tbsp of tomato purée

2 x low salt beef stock cube

Black pepper


1) Add a dash of oil to a frying pan and add your onions. 

2) Cook on a high heat for 2-3 minutes.

3) Add your garlic purée and stir well.

4) Add your beef, break it up in the pan and fry until brown.

5) Add all of your other ingredients and stir to combine.

6) Simmer, on a medium heat for 30 minutes.

7) Serve with your favourite pasta

8) Enjoy!
