Oat and Raisin Cookies
These cookies are super easy to make and super tasty to eat.
85g unsalted butter (room temp)
55g soft brown sugar
75g porridge oats
40g mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax)
50g plain flour
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda
1) Preheat oven to 180c
2) Cream together the butter and sugar
3) Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
4) Roll into little balls and place on a lined baking sheet, press down with hands
5) Bake for 13-15 mins until golden brown. Leave to cool if you have patience!
