1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
1 Small Piece Salmon
2 tbsp Mixed Veg
1 tsp Mascarpone Cheese
1) Boil the pasta in a pan with the chicken stock until cooked.
2) Add the mixed veg & salmon, leave to cook.
3) Stir in the mascarpone and continue to cook for a futher few minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
Batch cook where possible.
