Honey Oat Biscuits – Bibado

Ingredients

2 Cups Oats - Blended

1 Cup Oats - Coarse

1 tap Baking Powder

1 tbsp Milk of Choice

1 Cup Butter

1/2 Cup Honey

Method

1) Mix together all of the ingredients.

2) Form a mould able dough. Then roll out onto a floured surface.

3) Cut out shapes, placing them onto a lined baking tray.

4) Bake in the oven on 160c for 10-12 mins. Until golden on top.

Batch cook where possible.

We love the thought of cook once, eat twice, and just pop the extras in the freezer for later
