Egg-Free Cheesy Potato Cake
This egg-free cheesy potato cake is a savoury delight that's perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. With a crispy exterior and a creamy, cheesy interior, it's sure to satisfy your comfort food cravings.
200g potatoes (before peeling)
100g plain flour
30g grated Parmesan cheese (or cheese of choice)
1 large handful of chopped spinach
25g of olive oil
1 bunch of fresh rosemary
1) Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius and line baking tin with baking paper or grease with olive oil
2) Peel & grate potatoes
3) Add grated potatoes, flour, cheese, spinach, olive oil, rosemary & water to a mixing bowl
4) Stir until combined & pour in to baking dish sprinkling a little cheese on top
5) Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for approx. 30 minutes until cooked through.
