Double Berry Breakfast Pudding
Enjoy a little taste of summer in this really speedy breakfast dish. This is has been a popular choice for both babies i have weaned. Whip up before you go to bed and its ready to serve right away the next morning. Creamy & delicious, with the added taste of summer berries.
2 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp natural yogurt or dairy free yogurt
2 tbsp milk of choice
1) Mash all berries in a bowl using a fork.
2) Add all other ingredients to the bowl and mix.
3) Place in the fridge overnight. Serve & enjoy at breakfast.
