Chocolate Biscuit Balls – Bibado


1/2 cup of blended rolled oats

2 digestive biscuits

1 tsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp chocolate sauce

1 tbsp unsalted butter (room temp)

A splash of milk

For the icing

2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 tsp icing sugar (optional)


1) Mix all your ingredients together

2) Roll into roughly 10 balls 

3) Combine yoghurt, cream cheese and icing sugar and spread on the top of each ball

4) Top with sprinkles

5) Enjoy!


Batch cook where possible.

We love the thought of cook once, eat twice, and just pop the extras in the freezer for later
