Ingredients
1 sweet potato
1 carrot
30g cheese
20g bread crumbs
Method
1) Cut your sweet potato & carrot then boil
2) Weigh your grated cheese & breadcrumbs
3) Preheat your oven to 180*
4) Once the sweet potato & carrot is soft & boiled drain them & mash using a potato masher.
5) Add the breadcrumbs & cheese to the sweet potato & carrot mashed.
6) Mix well!
7) Mould into “tots” shape.
8) Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes
9) Enjoy!
