Speedy Carbonara – Bibado


4 cups pasta

2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup ham (Optional)

1/2 cup cream

4 tbsp milk

1 egg yolk

2 tbsp cream cheese

2 tbsp mixed herbs

Pinch of back pepper

Small handful grated cheese


1) Place the pasta and broccoli in a pan of boiling water and cook.

2) In a bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, egg Yolk, pepper, cream cheese and mixed herbs. Finally stir in the grated cheese & ham.

3) Drain the pasta and broccoli, then add both to the cream mix. Stir all together.

4) Serve once all heated through

If you’re batch cooking for your baby, cool the food as quickly as possible, within 1-2 hours.

The NHS suggests putting the food in a sealed container and running it under the cold tap
