If you're looking for a delicious and nutritious way to enjoy carrots? Then look no further! With their crispy exterior and fluffy interior, these fritters are a satisfying snack or meal that the whole family can enjoy!
200g of grated carrot
40g of breadcrumbs
2 tbsp of plain flour
1 teaspoon of garlic purée
1 teaspoon of onion granules
Pinch of black pepper
1) Combine all ingredients together in a jug. You can also add 30g of grated cheddar if you fancy cheesy ones!
2) Shape into fritters using your hands!
3) Add 1 tbsp of oil to a frying pan and then cook each fritter for 4 minutes on each side on a medium heat.
4) Serve once cool!
