Banana Ghosts – Bibado


1 Banana

2 Lolly pop sticks

Greek yoghurt

Desiccated coconut

Writing icing (optional)


1) Slice a banana in half

2) Put each half onto a stick

3) Dip into Greek yoghurt

4) Roll in desiccated coconut

5) Draw on ghost face (optional)

6) Freeze for at least 4 hours


Batch cook where possible

We love the thought of cook once, eat twice, and just pop the extras in the freezer for later.
