Banana & Coconut Flapjacks – Bibado


200g Plain Oats

2 Ripe Bananas, mashed

100g Coconut Oil, melted

3 tbsp Desiccated Coconut


1) Preheat oven to 180•c fan.

2) Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined. Pour the mix into a baking dish and press down firmly to even out.

3) Bake for 20 - 25 mins until golden.

4) Leave to cool, cut into 12 and serve!

Batch cook where possible.

We love the thought of cook once, eat twice, and just pop the extras in the freezer for later
