2 Ingredient Pizza Dough
Make a delicious pizza crust with just 2 ingredients - self-raising flour and Greek yoghurt. This easy and budget-friendly recipe is perfect for a quick and tasty homemade pizza night.
1 Cup of self-raising flour
3-4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 Handful of cheese
Toppings - we like peppers, mushrooms and onions
2 tbsp Tomato puree
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1) Add flour into a bowl.
2️) Add 1 tbsp of yogurt at a time and mix until you get a dough like consistency.
3) Flour your surface you will need a lot so that you press it down.
4) Make a circle.
5) Place onto baking tray with lining paper.
6) Add all your tomato sauce ingredients together then spread over the top of the dough.
7) Place in oven for 20 mins at 180°c.
